INTERIOR

The entrance is on the garden level where there is a fully equipped open kitchen with a living/dining room opening onto a covered terrace with a dining area and outdoor lounge.

A double bedroom with bed 160*200 with shower room and closet is also on the same level, as well as a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine.

On the first floor, two large parental bedrooms.

The master bedroom with a 160*200 bed on the right, has a large open bathroom and a closet.

The master bedroom with a 180*200 bed on the left has a shower room, a closet, a television and a large terrace with sea view.

Finally, outside, a fourth independent room with two beds 90*200 with private access shower room, closet and small wooden terrace.



EXTERIOR

Beautifully landscaped exterior with wooden terrace, swimming pool, a relaxation and dining area with barbecue.

At the bottom of the garden, an access path will take you to the American beach (l'Ovu Santu)
