Nestled in the heart of a preserved natural environment, this spacious and comfortable house offers you an ideal setting for a peaceful stay. Renovated in 2022, it now has air conditioning in all three bedrooms, a new bedroom with shower room on the ground floor, as well as a large terrace to take full advantage of the outside.



Spread over two levels connected by an external staircase, this second home combines modern comfort and authenticity.



Upstairs:

A large bedroom with private bathroom and Italian shower, opening directly onto a private terrace.

A large corridor serving a toilet with washbasin, a dressing room, storage spaces and a laundry room.

A fully equipped kitchen, open to a convivial dining area.

A bright living room giving access to two furnished terraces:

One facing north-west with a breathtaking view of the Bavella chain.

The other, facing south-east, offering direct access to a tree-lined courtyard, a pergola and an outdoor shower.

The west terrace is equipped with an anti-UV shade fabric and two modular vertical blinds, allowing you to enjoy the panorama while protecting yourself from the sun. An external staircase leads to the lower level.

Each has its own bathroom with Italian shower.

Direct access to a large terrace and separate toilets.

From this level, you directly reach a vast land below, offering a peaceful and green setting.

Only 700 meters away, a beautiful beach is within walking distance. In addition, our land allows direct access to hiking trails that wind through preserved nature, offering spectacular panoramas of the Gulf of Pinareddu.

The perfect house for the perfect vacation

We stayed in this beautiful house for three weeks and had a wonderful time. The communication and organization before and during our stay was perfect and we had a very warm welcome. The house has everything one could want/need and more. When we weren't in the mountains or on the beach we spent our time on the beautiful terrace. The view is incredible and causes an immediate feeling of vacation. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and is perfect, especially for children. We hope to be able to have another vacation in this gorgeous house soon.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der hübsch eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Der Empfang war herzlich und die Wohnung passte zu unseren Bedürfnissen. Eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war vorhanden, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, wunderschöne Terassen mit genügend und unterschiedlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, ein Grill, Ruhe, gutes Internet usw. Wir waren nur zu zweit in der Wohnung. Aus Neugierde haben wir uns noch das untere Stockwerk angeschaut. Hier muss man anmerken dass das Bad ein separater Raum ist. D.h. man geht aus dem Schlafzimmer raus (auf die Terrasse) und dann in die nächste Türe rein zum Bad. Das untere Stockwerk ist nicht innen mit dem oberen verbunden. Also man gelangt außenliegend zum oberen Stockwerk. Das nur zur Info, falls es jemanden stört. Ein Mietwagen ist übrigens ein Muss. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung jedenfalls wärmstens empfehlen und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Natur Pur

Ein unglaublich schöner Ausblick auf die Berge und in die Natur von Korsika. Eine guter stilmix macht das Haus zu einem gemütlichen Ort. Einziges Manko, die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist nicht für kleinere Kinder gemacht. Und auf der unteren Zimmerebene reichen die Zimmer nach Feuchten Wänden.Dennoch haben wir die Vorzüge des großen Balkons und des schönen Gartens sehr genossen.

Super séjour au calme avec une superbe vue . On s’y sent très bien. Seul bémol les rideaux de la chambre principale trop petits qui ne permettent pas l’obscurité.

Superbe maison, idéalement placée à quelques minutes de la plage de Pinarellu. La vue depuis la terrasse sur l Alta Rocca est fantastique. Très bien équipée. Je recommande !

Très belle maison de vacances en 2 niveaux avec vue imprenable sur les aiguilles de bavella. Très bon séjour malgré un frigo défaillant !

La vue depuis les terrasses de la maison est majestueuse. les chambres ferment individuellement et permettent aux adolescents de gérer leurs allers et venues. La maison est bien pensée et agréable.

Séjour entre mer et montagne

Maison très agréable avec vue sur les aiguilles de Bavella et à proximité de la plage. Avec une connexion wifi on frôlerait la perfection.

Gute Unterkunft mit schönem Ausblick

Wir waren zu Viert in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und die Lage sehr gut und ruhig. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen, auch Ausflüge sind kein Problem. Die Straße ist etwas holprig aber man kommt trotzdem gut durch. Wir haben eine saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft vorgefunden. Im unteren Zimmer ist das Bett für zwei Erwachsene (kein Pärchen) doch etwas kuschelig, aber man kann gut auf die Couch ausweichen. Da es Abends gut abkühlt ist eine Klimaanlage nicht notwendig, Tagsüber waren wir selten dort und wenn dann auf der schönen Terasse. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und die schöne Unterkunft, wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen.

Toller Pärchenurlaub

Ein schönes Objekt mit wunderbarem Blick in sehr ruhiger Lage! Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen! Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet! Highlight ist auf jeden Fall die tolle Terrasse. Kleines Manko ist, dass das 2. Zimmer nicht mit der restlichen Wohnung verbunden ist, ein direkter Badezimmerzugang ist aber immerhin vorhanden. Abenteuerlich ist jedoch die private Zufahrtsstraße. Ohne Auto mit etwas mehr Bodenfreiheit setzt man hier schnell auf.

Schön - aber mit Mängel

Schickes Haus, Top Ausblick aber es fehlt definitiv eine Klimaanlage. Das Haus ist schlecht/gar nicht gedämmt - ich will nicht wissen wie es im Juli August dort ist. Im Juni war es schon grenzwertig. Matratzen unbequem.

Eine ganz besondere Unterkunft.

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in diesem Haus. Genial für 2 Personen. Es ist alles im Haus vorhanden was man für ein Ferienhaus Aufenthalt benötigt. Doch wirklich spektakulär ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse, eindruchsvoll und unvergessenbar.und auch zu erwähnen ist diese Ruhe... Eine Oase der Ruhe und ein Augen Schmaus für den Geist. Einfach perfekt.

Maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très plaisant sans cette maison. La vue est splendide, à tout moments de là jour, les différentes terrasses très plaisantes, et la personne qui nous accueilli a été très disponible, très aimable et nous a parfaitement conseillé tt au long du séjour. Il fait chaud assez vite dans la maison et nous aurions apprécié la clim, mais en même temps, on ne va pas se plaindre de trouver le soleil quand on vient en Corse !

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche dort verbracht und das Haus sehr genossen. Leider hat das Haus keine Klimaanlage, so dass es bei großer Hitze zu bestimmten Zeiten im Haus auch auch sehr warm ist, auch abends ist es teilweise schwierig. Die Mücken plagen draußen und drinnen ist es heiß. Also unbedingt an Mückenschutz denken.

Fantastique séjour !

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable et très ressourçant dans la jolie maison en bois d'Isabelle. Nous sommes restés une semaine et avons l'impression d'être partis 3 ! Nous avons adoré être à hauteur d'arbres, enveloppés par le vert et la vue sur les montagnes et le soleil qui tourne autour de la maison au fil de la journée. Il était difficile pour nous de nous extirper de ce lieu si proche de nos aspirations....Nous sommes allés chaque jour à la plage à pied, c'était extra ! Un grand merci de partager ce lieu, ou nous reviendrons avec Joie. Et merci aussi à Bénita pour son accueil chaleureux, sympathique et efficace.

la corse rêvée et trouvée !

Nous avons passés avec nos enfants un séjour inoubliable dans cette maison très confortable, bien équipée et aménagée pour que chacun puisse se sentir en vacances, notamment grâce aux nombreuses terrasses et à la possibilité d'aller directement à la plage à pied en toute sécurité. L'impression d'être immergés dans cette nature magnifique dont la vue est présente partout dans la maison est un autre point qui nous a conquis. Merci à la personne très chaleureuse et attentive qui s'est chargée de notre séjour, ainsi que pour vos conseils de balades qui nous ont enchantées. Nous espérons revenir !
