"Wonderful location , in front of the iconic Copacabana beach. They have their own kiosk where they provide chair , umbrella and towels. The staff is very friendly. The pool area on the roof top is very pleasant .the hotel met all my expectations. "

"Lovely hotel / aparthotel situated in downtown Rio easily assessable from the VLT system ( tram) that links the area to central & various tourist sites Decent sized modern rooms , good wifi. Good buffet breakfast . Great staff throughout the establishment but a special mention must go out to Clieton on reception who resolved an issue very professionally that occured in the breakfast area Would highly recommend this hotel even if the surrounding area looks a bit sketchy. If you dont want to walk locally use uber wjicb is extremely cheap in brasil "

The property would not answer or if they did the hotel management would not be available. When i arrived at the property I walked in and found both managers at front desk. I told them about my issue and they promptly took care of it. "
