Take a refreshing dip in the seasonal swimming pool (12 x 6 meters, depth 130 cm, available from April 4th to November 6th). Enjoy outdoor showers and engage in thrilling sports activities on the tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. Relax in the garden, where you'll find comfortable furniture, including a slide and swing.

You will stay in a spacious 4-room apartment spanning 100 square meters and situated on the ground floor. The apartment features two separate living/dining rooms, each equipped with a sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Both living areas provide direct access to the terraces. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, one furnished with a regular bed and a French bed, while the other has a bed and a French bed as well.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with essential amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. It includes an open kitchen furnished with two hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, two gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There are two separate shower/WC areas, and the apartment is heated for your convenience. Furthermore, you will have access to a washing machine, an iron, and complimentary Wi-Fi internet.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment comprises two separate units that are rented together as a single unit. Each unit features its own living/dining area, bedroom, and open kitchen.
