Guests can enjoy exclusive access to a private swimming pool (32 square meters, depth 120 cm, available seasonally from May 15 to October 7), an outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The property also features internet access and a shared washing machine (extra charge). Located in Pazin, Croatia, the house boasts ample parking on the premises and is conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and a pebble beach.

The property boasts a sprawling 2000 square meter outdoor space with a lush lawn and towering trees, creating a serene and tranquil environment. A swing is available for shared use, providing a delightful spot for relaxation and play. You can enjoy a spacious 7-room apartment with a total area of 135 square meters, located on the lower ground floor. The living and dining areas are combined, featuring a kitchen corner, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Both living and dining rooms provide access to the terrace. The accommodation comprises five bedrooms, including one room with a single bed and a double bed, one room with a double bed and a shower/WC, one room with two single beds, a walk-through room with a single bed and a double bed, and another room with a double bed and a shower/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. It features an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with three gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Air conditioning is available for your comfort. Additionally, the property offers satellite TV, shower facilities (including two shower/WCs and a separate WC), a roofed terrace of 12 square meters with terrace furniture and deck chairs, children's high chair, and free WiFi internet access.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a maximum of three pets or dogs are allowed.
