New apartment building with two tastefully furnished apartments in a sunny location just 700 m from the sandy beach. The numerous playgrounds at the campsite opposite offer plenty of opportunities for younger guests to let off steam. Highlights included: All consumption-based energy costs Wi-Fi The pretty and tranquil town of Zinnowitz is located in the north of the sunny island of Usedom and, along with the three Kaiserbäder (imperial seaside resorts), is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts. The long beach stretches all the way to Poland and is ideal for long walks. Zinnowitz is located directly between the Baltic Sea beach and the Achterwasser, at one of the narrowest points on Usedom, and is surrounded by beech, oak, and coniferous forests. Activities nearby: The 315 m long pier on Zinnowitz beach is perfect for strolling, but also serves as a pier for excursion boats. At the end of the bridge is a tourist highlight: the diving bell. Experience the Baltic Sea from a different perspective! The dive is an exciting experience for young and old. If the sun doesn't shine, simply visit the Bernstein-Therme spa with its 850-square-meter seawater swimming area.  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
