Since this is in "second row", it is very quiet. Ideal to relax and unwind. All the attractions of the place can be reached in no time on foot or by bike. These include, of course, the pure, fine sandy Baltic Sea beach with its pier and the Zinnowitz diving gondola (about 500 meters away), the theater "Blechbüchse", a miniature golf course, children's playgrounds, a swimming pool, a sports beach with changing attractions, a cinema and the legendary "Vinetafestspiele ". Of course, the Ostseebad Zinnowitz and the entire sunny island of Usedom have many more attractions and events. Various shops, bakeries, cafés and eating places invite you to linger, are within easy walking distance, as well as doctors, the pharmacy and the train station. The apartment has a separate entrance and a private sun terrace, which is equipped with comfortable furniture, a barbecue and a clothes horse. To your apartment belongs a parking space. If several parking spaces are needed, this may be possible, but the landlord must be contacted in advance. There is also a lockable community shed where you can store your bikes, baby carriages or similar. can assume. The extra bed of a baby bed, as well as the avail of a high chair, is possible after prior notification. The master bedroom is equipped with exterior shutters, so a complete darkening is guaranteed. The living area has a TV, a dining area for four and a comfortable leather corner couch. One bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The kitchen offers the possibility with a stove (4 hotplates), the oven and the hood to cook extensively or to bake. It also has a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, separate make-up mirror and additional lighting above the mirror. Towels and bed linen are not included in the price, but can be booked for 12,00 ���� per person. The tourist tax is not included in the total price and will be paid by bank transfer to the landlord. Please inform the landlord at least one week after booking the names and dates of birth of all travelers by e-mail. The e-mail address of the landlord you will receive with the booking confirmation under the item "arrival information". Besonders gefallen haben uns das große, moderne Bad, die gute Ausstattung der Küche und die große, sonnige Dachterrasse. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter war einfach und problemlos. Zu folgenden Punkten haben wir jedoch Anmerkungen: 1\. Genauigkeit des Online-Inserats Die Wohnung liegt im 1\. OG, dies wird hier nicht deutlich. Außerdem verfügt sie nicht über WLAN/Internetanschluss. Das ist zwar auch nicht angegeben, aber heutzutage eher ungewöhnlich. Bei dem angebotenen Babybett handelt es sich um ein Reisebett. 2\. Lage und Umgebung Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof eines griechischen Restaurants. Das kann durchaus mal lauter werden. Und es riecht ab mittags nach Gyros und Pommes, da die Küche ebenfalls hinten liegt. Außerdem werden auf der Zufahrt zum Häuserkomplex Lebensmittel gelagert und in Mülltonnen entsorgt, sodass man sich auf einige Fliegen einstellen sollte. 3\. Weitere Anmerkungen Die Wohnung wird aufgrund der Bauweise an heißen Tagen sehr(!) warm, Ventilatoren oder eine Klimaanlage gibt es aber nicht. ##### Steffen D. ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Manuela K. 24 oct. 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### Super Ferienwohnung mit optimaler Lage Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine optimale Lage.Kurze Wege ins Zentrum und zum Bahnhof. In der Beschreibung fehlt lediglich, dass sich die Wohnung im 1\. Stock befindet und nur per Treppe erreichbar ist, ansonsten 100% wie auf den Fotos (wollen die Vermieter aber nachholen). Tolle kleine Ferienwohnung mit schönem Bad und einer super Terrasse vor der Wohnung - wo man absolut ungestört ist. Die Vermieter sind auch super nett und immer bei ev. Problemen erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war makellos. Wir werden die Wohnung immer wieder gern buchen. ##### Melanie B. Kino, Restaurants, Strand, Therme, Minigolf. Die Einrichtung ist völlig ok. Ein paar Pflanzen wäre ganz nett, vorallem auf der Dachterasse. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. ##### Kay M.
