As a Google Local Guide, I know to verify a hotel room or short-term rental in person before payment. What I found? A disgusting, moldy room, nothing like the online photos. The kitchen was unsanitary. Then came the cancellation nightmare – hours of calls, transfers, and zero resolution. I've posted photos and videos on their Google Maps profile. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
