Large apartment house "Primavista", 6 storeys. In the district of Wiesti 700 m from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 450 m, bakery 700 m, bicycle rental 500 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Spiss" 210 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 700 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 210 m, ski school 500 m, ice rink 700 m. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.  
"Primavista", 3-room apartment 90 m2 on 4th floor. Bright, fully renovated in 2024, beautiful and stylish furnishings: living room with TV. Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Walk-through room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Heating. Large balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful view of the Matterhorn. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only.
