The property offers a lift, storage room for skis, and a central heating system. Enjoy the convenience of having amenities like a supermarket (650m), restaurant (300m), bakery (650m), bicycle rental (300m), and the bus stop "Wiestibrücke" (300m) within proximity. The railway station, "Bahnhof Zermatt," is just 650 meters away, making it an ideal holiday rental for exploring the area.

Additionally, there is a bathroom with a WC. The apartment features a balcony with furniture, offering a beautiful view of the Matterhorn.
