With easy access to Heavenly Village, restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and multiple beaches, this home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the best of both worlds. The home features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and 2 spacious living rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a large deck upstairs with stunning views of the mountains and surrounded by 100+ year old pine trees. The downstairs deck houses a 6 person hot tub with jets and lights, perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day. The house can accommodate 7 adults + kids. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, a large office desk, and a connecting private bathroom. The 2 bedrooms both have queen beds. The downstairs living area has a pull-out sofa that turns into a twin bed. There are 2 twin mattresses in the downstairs closet with bedding which can be turned into comfortable floor beds for kids. Perfect for Families and Couples This home is perfect for couples or families with children. The downstairs living area opens onto a large open play area with floor mats, perfect for young kids. The play area is equipped with a Montessori kitchen, table and chairs, and a bookcase filled with fun toys and books for both adults and children. It can also be used for yoga or exercise for those without kids. A few items that were not up to par: The hot tub cannot go above 96 degrees. My bathtub at home is warmer than that and no one wanted to use it due to being just luke warm water. Also there are no instructions for the hot tub and nothing to let you know that the maximum temp is 96 degrees. The kitchen amenities were mediocre with poor choice of pots/pans & tools. No regular coffee pot, only a keurig. The pots and pans are very low quality and they are worn out and need to be replaced immediately You only have enough dishes for 1 meal, so we had to wash all after every meal. The lights in the house in every room are not bright enough. The little light over kitchen table and a black shade making it even darker. It is ridiculous that the microwave over the cooktop is not working. So no light or exhaust fan over cooktop and replacement was a tiny counter top micro that smelled of popcorn. Had to use a flashlight to read a book in bed. Not a single extra blanket to be found. Nothing to cover up with on the couch while watching tv or reading a book. The fireplace was not working. There's no BBQ... - Now with all that said, the house was a good set up for us with the downstairs play area and bed/bath, the other 2 bedrooms on the main level were good and the laundry space was well used. The kitchen is a good size and the table fit all of us. The large family room was well used and the neighborhood was very nice and very little road noise. ##### Diane H.
