We had a wonderful stay. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and supported by a very responsive and attentive property management team. Although the water was off when we first arrived, someone came right away to resolve the issue. The location is excellent, and overall the experience was very pleasant. I would suggest a few updates—particularly replacing a worn chair and improving the mattress comfort—but these were minor concerns. The house is beautiful, clean and has a great lay out. The check in was simple, had plenty of parking and the communication with the vacation rental company was great, they responded back in minutes with the answers to my questions.There’s plenty of parking, a nice front and back yard that included a gas fireplace. The house is close to the lake (private access) and close to the town. They had everything you could need for the lake, kids sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chests. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could ask for which made cooking dinner a breeze.We’re already looking forward to renting this place again in the short future.Our only complaints which are minor, I wish there was a map to get to the lake, we had to go find it ourselves then come back up to the house to pack for it. There weren’t any instructions for the fireplace and the igniter and knob to adjust the flames were broke, but with the house supplied lighters and a little finagling I was able to light the firepit and enjoy some snores. We also wish it had a/c. Don’t let this detour you from renting this place.
