This two-story vacation rental boasts a private fenced property of 1,100 square meters, complete with a seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm), slide, outdoor shower, hot tub, and basketball court with a swing. Internet access, sauna, and a washing machine are available within the house, and parking is provided for up to four cars on the premises.

The outdoor space at Villa Tranquil Haven is truly remarkable. Enjoy the private fenced property spanning 1,100 square meters, where you can relax and soak up the sun. The highlight is the seasonal swimming pool, measuring 8 x 4 meters with a depth of 140 cm, available from May 1st to October 1st. Complete with a slide, outdoor shower, and a hot tub, this area promises endless hours of fun and relaxation. Additionally, there is a basketball court equipped with a swing, perfect for staying active and enjoying outdoor activities.

Villa Tranquil Haven offers convenient amenities to make your stay comfortable. Within the house, you'll find internet access, a sauna, and a washing machine. Parking is available on the premises, accommodating up to four cars. While the property is 17 km from the center of Sukošan and the sea, there is a restaurant located 17 km away for dining options. Please note that there is an airfield 18 km from the property.

Unit Layout  
This villa offers a spacious 4-room accommodation spread across two levels, with a total area of 140 square meters and a south-facing position. The ground floor features a combined living/dining room spanning 60 square meters, equipped with a double sofa bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. Additionally, there is one room with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning. An open kitchen is provided, complete with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. This level also includes a shower and WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa boasts a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation experience. Air conditioning is available in the living/dining room and bedrooms. A washing machine and dishwasher are provided for your convenience. Satellite TV and a flat-screen TV are included for entertainment. Indulge in the luxurious Jacuzzi bathtub, and enjoy the warmth of the forced-air heating system. A microwave and television are also available for your use. The villa can accommodate a maximum capacity of 8 guests, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor of the villa features two rooms, each equipped with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning. One additional room on this level has two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). A second shower and WC are conveniently located on the upper floor. Exterior amenities include terrace furniture, allowing you to relax and enjoy the outdoor space. Furthermore, a hair dryer is provided for your convenience, and free WiFi internet access is available throughout the villa.
