Zemunik 10 km from Zadra: Beautiful single-family house "Stanca", renovated in 2024\. 800 m from the centre, in a sunny, elevated position, 10 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (7 x 4 m, 28 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 5.3 km, pebble beach 10 km.  
2-room house 80 m2, south-west facing position. Living/dining room 45 m2 with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Deck chairs.
