The apartment is rented for max. 5 people and a toddler. The newly furnished apartment with a size of 86m² invites you to relax with its cozy ambience and the terrace. Here one can switch off the daily stress and feel comfortable in a pleasant atmosphere. For families with children is provided, a beautiful playground is located within the area. On the premises there is a communal barbecue area that can be used as well as a communal laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer. WE 47: Exclusive duplex apartment over 2 floors is open all year for max. 5 people and a toddler rented. The modern furnished apartment with a size of 86m² invites you to feel at ease with its cozy ambience. Here you can switch off the stress of everyday life and feel comfortable in a pleasant atmosphere. On the ground floor is the living room with an open kitchen and a large bathroom with shower, toilet and an infrared cabin. The living room is closed to the large furnished terrace and a private garden of 45 m² with views to the forest. The two bedrooms and a second bathroom with toilet are located on the upper floor. Both bedrooms have TVs.
