### Apartment 'Zillertal Arena 6er' with Mountain View, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The flat house Zillertal Arena in a sunny and quiet location in the centre of Zell am Ziller is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with mountain views. The 58 m² flat consists of a cosy living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 6 people. The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi and cable TV.  
  
The flat has a private balcony from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains. There is plenty of space to sit together in the cosy Tyrolean-style lounge area.  
  
The accommodation is located about 1 km from the Zillertal's largest ski area, the Zillertal Arena. Cafés, restaurants and inns can be reached quickly and easily on foot. A supermarket is 300 metres away, a free ski bus is 50 metres from the accommodation and a sports shop is 200 metres away.  
  
The tourist tax will increase from 1 December 2024 from €1.80 per person per night (aged 15 and over) to €2.60 per person per night (aged 15 and over).  
  
A parking space is available on the property.  
  
A pet is allowed for a fee.  
  
Smoking and partying are not allowed.
