Shop 200 m, grocery 300 m, restaurant 50 m, pedestrian zone 200 m, railway station "Zell am See" 750 m, thermal baths "Tauern Spa" 8.7 km, bathing lake "Zeller See" 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, walking paths from the house 1 m, skisport facilities, slopes 300 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 300 m, cross country ski track 400 m. Nearby attractions: Spielcasino 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe-Saalbach-Fieberbrunn 300 m, Areitbahn, Kaprun-Maiskogel-Kitzsteinhorn. Hiking paths: Schmittenhöhe. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Please note: The house can be occupied by a maximum of 10 people in the winter season and 6 people in the summer, including babies and children! Parking in front of the house for a maximum of 3 cars. House heated in summer too!

WC, double hand-basin. On the lower ground floor: entrance hall. Bath/WC. Top floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed and 1 double bed. Large terrace, garden. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, safe, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm.
