In the resort 1 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a sunny position on a slope, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.6 km from the lake, 3.5 km from the skiing area. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking. Carport. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Zell am See" 1.9 km, thermal baths "Tauern Spa Kaprun" 9.5 km, bathing lake "Zeller See" 1.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, slopes 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Kitzsteinhorn. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittenhöhe 3.5 km, AreitExpress 4.3 km, Maiskogen - Kitzsteinhorn 9.5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 1.6 km. 24hr guard.
