‘Chalet Love the Alps’ is waiting for you!Renting the whole house approximately 320 m² is ideal for large groups, friends, families and corporate alike. Giving you the benefit of the two large apartments with a total of 10 bedrooms and a sleeping capacity for 20 people all under the same roof. The bedrooms have all been recently refitted with brand new beds, with a combination of double and single beds available.The Top Apartment:Has 6 bedrooms with a capacity for 11 people. 4 full-size double beds, 1 smaller double bed (1600mm) and one single bed.Located on the upper two floors of this house, which can also be booked separately on request making it ideal for smaller families and groups. This Top apartment has approximately 200 m² with a separate entrance than the ground floor apartment via an external staircase to the first floor. An internal spiral staircase leads you to the upper level.The first floor contains a good size shower room with a toilet and washbasin, plus an additional separate WC for convenience. You will find four double bedrooms and one single bedroom on this level.Via the internal spiral staircase, you make your way to the upper floor, which contains a double bedroom and a good size shower room with a toilet and washbasin. Through into the open plan living space with high ceilings and access onto a balcony with mountain views. This space has four zones kitchen, dining, lounge and cafe style seating area. The Ground floor apartment:Has 4 bedrooms which have recently been refitted with brand new beds with capacity for 9 people. It has 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom. It also has 4 single beds using the flexing system which means the room can be set up from anything from 1 to 4 people, or alternatively just used to store luggage, pushchairs, etc. Which can also be useful for large groups.The EG apartment is located on the ground floor and has approximately 120 m², which can also be booked separately on request making it ideal for smaller families and groups.It contains a shower room with a toilet and washbasin, and additionally a separate toilet. The kitchen, dining and lounge area are at one end of the apartment in the open living style, with access directly out to the front terrace area. The house:Is situated in Schüttdorf about 3km from Zell am See. Close to local shops and is about 750m from the ski lift called Areit, part of the Schmittenhöhe. With views of the mountain that really help you feel like you have arrived in the Alps.The Pinzgauer Local Train train stop is 50m from the door, just a few short stops from Zell am See main train station. The nearest supermarket is less than 500m away, It is 95 km from Salzburg Airport airport and 207 km from Munich Airport airport. Zell am See golf course is just 3 km away, and All in One Apartments guests get free use of the nearby Private Tennis courts.The house is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood in a quiet street, next to a little park where children can play. The accommodation is equipped with: internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, open-air parking at the same building, 2 flat-screen TVs (one in each lounge area), table football is located in the upper apartment.In the open-plan kitchens, you will find all the usual things like refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle are provided.All in One Apartments also include a welcome pack that contains some bin bags, a few dishwasher tabs, a sponge and a tea towel, to help you start.
