"Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."

"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. "Had an absolutely amazing time at the Bachleda, our room was stunning and the beds really comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we asked about activities nearby and they went out of their way to help us to arrange this. Restaurant was lovely with a great breakfast selection and the spa was a lovely relaxing addition too and at one point we had the whole place to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when visiting Zakopane. "
