From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip? The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well? We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race-license? Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach. Zandvoort is also something called "Amsterdam beach", because it's so close to Amsterdam. The train station is at a 5 minute walking distance. There is a direct line to Haarlem as well. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. Leider fanden wir die angegebene Parksituation nicht wie beschrieben vor, da der Platz nicht ausreichend war bzw. durch Fahrräder eingeschränkt, so dass wir uns im nahegelegenen Parkhaus einmieten mussten.Die Unterkunft war gut, die Terrasse hätte vor Ankunft von Gästen einmal gereinigt werden können. Die Lage ist top: ruhig und trotzdem sehr zentral (Innenstadt und Strand). Alles liebevoll vorbereitet und sehr sauber. Einrichtung neu und hochwertig, Terrasse super mit Sitzlounge. Ein Eisfach und ein Sonnenschirm wären schön gewesen. Etwas störend ist zudem, dass die Lüftung von Dusche (direkt am SZ) und WC (am WZ) gekoppelt sind und recht lange laufen. Wenn dann jemand nachts oder bei früherem Aufstehen / späteren Schlafen die Toilette nutzt, läuft der Lüfter im Bad mit. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! ##### Ina H.
