When you enter the house you will first find the two bedrooms, with In-between a beautiful bathroom, with both bad and shower. As you go up the stairs you enter the living room directly. It's really bright and spacious. You'll can relax on the couch, or take place at the great diner table. The open kitchen is so nice that it makes you want to cook just by looking at it. One bedroom with comfortable double bed, one bedroom with two comfortable single beds and a shared garden. \## Access The apartment is all yours during your stay for optimal privacy and space! ★ Fully equipped open kitchen ★ Garden (shared) ★ Wifi and TV ★ Linen and towels are provided ➤ We usually welcome families with children or responsible adults because the property is in a quiet neighbourhood, and we have huge respect for our neighbours. ➤ Parties and other disturbances are not accepted. The beach and lively boulevard are at 150 meters walking distance. As well as the train station with direct connections to Haarlem and Amsterdam. Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip? The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well? We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there, like DTM and Historic Grand Prix. Maybe you want to get your race-license? Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach. Zandvoort is also something called "Amsterdam beach", because it's so close to Amsterdam. Für unseren Geschmack hängen in der Wohnung und auf dem Hof ein bisschen viel Verbotsschilder. Das Rauchen ist in der Wohnung verboten. Das finde ich auch selbstverständlich. Aber, dass das Rauchen auch außerhalb (also im Freien) verboten ist, habe ich noch nie erlebt. Zum Glück bin ich nur Gelegenheitsraucher. Ein Kettenraucher hat es da schon schwerer. Das Geschirr war vollständig. Nur Eierbecher fehlten. Die Wärmeregelung in der Dusche war sehr schwer einzustellen. Kloakegeruch im Bad. Schwarze Haare auf der Treppe und auf dem Fußboden der Toilette. Schön wäre auch ein Halter für ein Handtuch in der Toilette. In der Wohnung war kein Besen oder Handfeger zu finden. Geht ein Glas oder Ähnliches kaputt, bleibt einem nichts anderes übrig als die Hände zu nehmen. Der Raum mit den Reinigungsmitteln war für uns nicht zugänglich. Die Couch ist durchgesessen und hat auch schon einige Gebrauchsspuren. Die Heizung im Erdgeschoß sollte auch mal wieder gewartet werden. Sie funktionierte in den fünf Tagen nur zweimal. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist das auch eine Herausforderung. ##### Dirk F. Man ist sehr schnell am Bahnhof, in der City und am Strand. Zwei Nahversorger, Restaurants und Eisdiele sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Uns waren die Matratzen ein wenig zu weich - aber das ist ja sehr individuell… Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche und können die Wohnung empfehlen! ##### Björn G. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, das Team überaus freundlich. Man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Zu der Wohnung gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Sie ist wie auf den Bildern. Es gab ausreichend Platz für uns drei und bot allen Komfort den täglichen Lebens. Ein dickes Plus war für uns die Kindersicherung an der Treppe. Alles Top! ##### Lars D. Séjour de 3 nuits en février 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Carolin B. 23 sept. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Viel Design, wenig Praxistauglich Es fehlt ein Klorollenhalter in der Toilette, ebenso Handtuchhaken in Toilette und Küche. Kein Besen oder Staubsauger vorhanden. Die Schlafräume und Bad , WC liegen im unteren Geschoss. Im Bad flackert das Licht ganz unerträglich, ist wohl bekannt, wird aber nicht repariert. Es geht jedes Mal eine Ewigkeit bis das Licht sich einigermaßen beruhigt und man den Raum benutzen kann. Im UG ist alles sehr eng. Die Fenster in den Schlafräumen lassen sich nur einen Spalt weit öffnen. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind im 1.OG.Das war okay. ##### Carolin B.
