The studio is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2021, and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Internet access is available with limitations.

Zalakaros. The studio is located on a 460 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The apartment is located on the ground floor. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Situated in a beautiful park landscape, the thermal baths offer a variety of functional pools for all family members, from spa baths to wave pools, to relax, rejuvenate and enjoy the water. Guests of the Zalakaros bath can enjoy the services of the indoor and outdoor adventure bath all year round. The pool area, equipped with more than 20 water attractions, ensures pleasant relaxation and a wellness feeling. Spacious recreation areas are available for guests who wish to relax, where they can use the relaxation loungers free of charge.  
  
It helps with relaxation, and recovery after exhausting daily routines, and contributes to the preservation of physical and mental health.  
  
From the indoor adventure pool, there is a direct exit to the outdoor pool. In summer and winter, the caressing waves of the thermal water and the crystal-clear air of Zala have an excellent effect on general well-being. **In summer:** Thermal bath (beach 150 m in Zalakaros). Fishing in Galambok 2 km. Tennis in Zalakaros 150 m. Balaton 30 km. Fishing paradise at the Little Balaton Nature Reserve 5 km. Bicycle rental on site. Hévíz Balaton Airport in Sármellék 18 km. Airport transfer from Sármellék on request for a fee. Sightseeing flight 2 km.

The entrance to your studio is at ground level and leads directly from the 12 sqm terrace into the living/bedroom. **Living/bedroom** (28 sqm) with 1 double bed, TV, dining area (2 seats) and access to the terrace (garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs, parasol). **Kitchenette** **in the living/bedroom** with TV, (2 seats), gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (120 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. **Bathroom** with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.
