The property is situated in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. **Location** Zalakaros. The holiday apartment is located on a 460 sqm large, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. **Special** Central heating (gas), stove in each room (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. TV reception via cable.
