### George's apartment - Zakynthos

One Bedroom apartment is a newly built house in Kalamaki/Kalliteri of Zakynthos island. The house has a total area of 41 sq. m. and consists of a living room, 1 double bedroom kitchen with dining area and full electrical appliances, one bathroom. The apartment has a solar panel for hot water 24 hours. The house was constructed in 2018 in accordance with the traditional Zakynthian architecture and is newly furnished.  
The space  
This lovely first floor penthouse is a very comfortable space with all you would need for short or long term stay. It has a large lounge with TV and a double sofa bed.  
  
Guests can have access to a private balcony and to the garden.  
  
The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, hob, microwave and all cutlery, crockery and utensils needed for self catering.
