Friendly and welcoming

The host was super friendly and went out of his way to look after us. We had a great stay. The breakfast was incredible and the jacuzzi and sauna were superb.

Perfect getaway & amazing staff

We had an amazing stay here! The staff was so friendly and made the trip that much better! Anything you needed from help with like where to go for food or entertainment, or just a nice place to settle in after a long day of walking this place was perfect. We didn’t get to take advantage of the spa so we want to try it next time! We stayed on the top floor suite and I highly recommend getting the same spot. The view was amazing of the mountains up there too! 10/10 would stay again and is on our list to come back and visit!

Beautiful Botique Hotel with Friendly Owner

Very convenient location to Zakopane Aquapark and walking distance to everything including the train station. The room and building is clean and neat, with very nice natual wood features. Very friendly staff and owner. We weren't able to order breakfast at booking, but he added it on for us at check in with no problem. The breakfast was traditional Polish with meats, cheeses, salads and eggs. The hotel lobby is on the ground floor(floor 0) and the rooms are on floors 1,2,3,4. There's a microwave in the common area of every floor, and several baby playpens available. The room was clean, with a queen size bed, small closet, small bathroom, a desk and tv. Liguid soap is provided at the bathroom sink and in the shower. A towel warmer is in the bathroom. Note for Americans: this botique hotel is a walkup. There is no elevator. All the rooms start on what we would consider the 2nd floor. There are no rooms on the reception level.

Cozy stay at zakopane.

I had a pleasant stay in this Hotel. It is about 20 minutes walking from the city centre. The room o stayed in was very clean. The overall state of the hotel is good! Staff is really friendly and helpful. There is a parking area right outside the hotel. You can have breakfast in this place. It is also close to the mountain. I definitely recommend this place for your holidays.

Overall the property is excellent but access upon arrival extremely confusing, no one to receive up when we arrived and no access code provided or email received with access instructions. Picture of the apartment selected and paid for was not what we received and we had to pay an extra 480PLZ on the spot to get the apartment originally chosen.
