"I booked a women’s dorm. Due to a glitch in their end, they had me reserved for a mixed dorm, and the women’s dorm was all booked up so they couldn’t get me in there. Normally when something like this happens in an indie hostel you’re screwed. But instead, they upgraded me to their nicest private room! What great customer service! The room was fantastic and the people were great, central location, hopping bar—can’t complain!"

"The Hostel is surprisingly really clean, it was my first time in a dormitory hostel so I didn’t know what to expect. The beds and sheets where comfortable and the shared bathrooms were clean, showers pretty spacious too! But the deal breaker is the staff, simply super friendly, available to help you in your issues, and the fact that they have these organized events to have fun with other people while roaming around pubs is what makes it also the perfect place to stay for a solo trip. "All of the staff were very friendly and willing to help. I really enjoyed the hostel with its unique setup and vibe. It was very comfortable and clean. However, I thought a lot of the things in the facility was breaking down. The door for my capsule kept on falling from disconnecting from each other. And, I often had trouble with the lock on the locker."

"I truly enjoyed my stay. Please keep in mind there is a smoke lounge downstairs so the smell can reach in sometimes. But they were super accommodating in switching me and it didn't happen again. They were super pet friendly and I really think they do a thorough job of scrubbing down the rooms and kitchen between uses. I will be back!!!!!"
