View of the water and close to the bridge. Stocked kitchenette. Washer and dryer, shared only with 1 neighbor. Heated floors. Rain shower head. Hairdryer had a defuzer (my curls were happy!) Well insulated, as we didn't need to turn the heater on. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Things we didn't like- I don't know if I'm just getting old, but that mattress was horrible for my back; I eventually found an extra pillow and slept on that. The bottom step into the living space was the same color as the floor and easily missed, especially at night (i.e. "ouch"). The property really shouldn't be advertised as "sound proofed". I could clearly hear the conversations of everyone walking by on the street and next door (and walking above)...
