Aug 8, 2017 #### Sehr gute Ferienwohnung :) Die Familie Paleka war immer sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Die Wohnung war sehr groß für 6 Personen und sehr gemütlich. Die Terrrassen war sehr schön und modern und perfekt für gemütliche Abende in der Gruppe. Außerdem konnte man von der vorderen Terrasse perfekt das Meer sehen. Die Betten in den Schlafräumen waren sehr bequem, sodass man angenehm schlafen konnte. Die Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich. Es gab ein Kinderbett mit Kuscheltieren drin und einen Milcherwärmer für die Babyflasche. Zudem gab es Tee, Kaffee und Kaffeefilter. Der Vorrat an Küchenrolle und Klopapier war mehr als ausreichend. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder waren äußerst praktisch, um zum Beispiel morgens Brot zu kaufen. Die Distanz zum Meer war sehr gering und betrug nur ungefähr 5 Minuten. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter. Der Urlaub dort war wirlich schön. :) ##### Igor W. Une maison au fond d'un impasse au calme, dans le quartier résidentiel de DIKLO. L'appartement/maison est superbe avec 2 terrasses sans vis à vis. L'appartement est spacieux, climatisé (impératif en août) et parfaitement équipé pour notre famille de 6\. Merci à Ivan pour la réservation d'un restaurant et Christian, prévenant au possible pour son aide et ses conseils avisés ! Quant à la plage, elle se trouve à 3 minutes à pied, entre crique sauvage et promenade aménagée et 15 minutes pour atteindre celle de NAN, réputée pour son sable et sa faible profondeur des eaux. Tout est à portée de main et vélo (prêtés gentiment) avec boulangerie, supérette et poisson frais sur le port. J'ai beaucoup voyagé et je dois reconnaître que cette location surpassait bon nombre par son confort et sa situation à proximité immédiate de Zadar, merveilleusement restaurée. La Croatie est magnifique et à Diklo le temps s'arrête (c'est l'une des plus belle partie de la ville). Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli. L'appartement est spacieux et confortable (que nous avons bien apprécié car nous avons eu un peu de pluie). Les vélos à disposition nous ont permis de visiter la ville de Zadar. Nous avons également loué un bateau avec skipper (1 journée à moins de 250 €) : nous avons nager dans une eau transparente et découvert des endroits d'une rare beauté. Bref ... I wanted to thank you and Christian for the stay at your apartment, We thought the property was really comfortable and provided everything we needed for a great holiday. The bikes were really useful for our family trips into Zadar and down to the beach. Christian was brilliant; very welcoming and supportive. La villa et le village de Diklo offrent un calme quasi absolu. Autre plus de la location : l'espace et le confort. Merci a Ivan pour tous les documents envoyés quelques mois avant notre séjour, ça nous a bien aidé. Merci aussi a Christian pour son accueil et toutes les informations transmises sur place. Toujours disponible pour répondre à nos nouvelles demandes. Merci M. Christian, vous êtes très sympathique. L'appartement nous a permis de profiter de repos sur l'une ou l'autre des deux terrasses et les vélos disponibles nous ont bien servis lors de nos ballades sur le bord de mer. Bref c'était parfait. Aug 30, 2015 #### Idyllique La villa est encore plus belle en réalité. Les lieux sont d une propreté remarquable, et l équipement très complet. Nous avons séjourné à la villa en famille avec un bébé de 9 mois, nous avons été très surpris de l équipement pour bebe mis à disposition, vraiment exceptionnel et très rare en location. La plage est accessible à pied et le coin est très calme mais malgré tout Zadar est très proche. Des vélos sont à disposition et nous en avons bien profité. Merci a Christian qui sur place nous a très bien accueilli et conseille. Nous n avons qu une envie y retourner des que possible. Cette location est vraiment une occasion de passer un séjour exceptionnel en Croatie. Allez y! ##### Christian M. Avons pu approfondir la découverte des charmes de la Côte Croate, tout en trouvant le repos dans le cadre plus qu'agréable de la villa de Diklo. Aug 22, 2015 #### Idéal pour le repos Nous étions 2 couples, la villa à Diklo a été notre troisième location pour terminer notre séjour (après Dubrovnik et Pakostane). Nous avons été surpris par l'espace, le calme et l'intimité qu'offre l'appartement. Les lits sont grands et confortables, nous avons profité au maximum du confort : douches italiennes à 2, bronzage sur la grande terrasse côté jardin, vélos à disposition. De plus tout est inclus. Aug 16, 2015 #### EXCELLENT Excellents contacts en amont de la location avec des renseignements et envoi d'une brochure. Très bon accueil à l'arrivée. Maison très bien située , très agréable à vivre avec notamment sa climatisation et ses 2 terrasses. Hôtes très accueillants , prévenants et respectueux. Nous avons déjà vanté l'hospitalité croate et cette location à des amis. Un plus dans tous ces points positifs : la langue française ! Jul 10, 2015 #### Séjour tres agréable Nous avons passé un séjour superbe avec nos trois enfants dans cet appartement tres bien entretenu, propre et bien équipé. Les 2 terrases était tres agréables: l'une avec vue a la mer pour les petits déjeuners, l'autre pour les jeux de société le soir. Christian qui nous attendait sur place et Ivan qui a organisé la réservation sont tres attentifs et tres gentils, nous avons recu beaucoup d'informations pour pouvoir passer des vacances parfaits. Diklo est un petit village calme adapté au repos, mais on peut faire de activités (a Nin, Zadar, Mala Paklenica et plus loin aussi), et les vélos aident a découvrir les alentours. Je recommende absolument et on voudrait bien se retourner. ##### Beáta K.
