Property Summary  
Cottage "Spinka" is a detached vacation rental surrounded by meadows, offering a private property of 400 m2 with a lawn, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and a fireplace. You can enjoy amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, and parking on the premises. The cottage is conveniently located 2.5 km from the center of Zábrodí and 3 km from the center of Červený Kostelec, in a sunny position just 100 m from the lake.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and fireplace, allowing you to savor the great outdoors. Additionally, there is a bathing place on-site, and the grass beach "Špinka" is merely 100 m away. For those seeking more aquatic adventures, a bathing lake called "Špinka" is also conveniently located 100 m from the property.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that the property is suitable for seniors, but the owner does not accept youth groups. One parking place is provided free of charge, while a second parking spot can be arranged for an additional charge of 5 EUR/day or at a public parking lot 400 meters from the house. Access to the grounds is via a 400 m long bumpy motor access road.

Nearby attractions include Červený Kostelec (3 km), Náchod (8 km), the "Rozkoš" nature reservoir (12 km), Nové Město nad Metují (15 km), Adršpach (25 km), Lázně Velichovky (25 km), and Zoo Dvůr Králové (34 km). You will be staying in a stylish 3-room house that spans an area of 50 square meters and is situated on the ground floor. The living/dining area features a dining table, a satellite TV, and a DVD player for your entertainment. There are two bedrooms, one with two beds and the other also with two beds, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements.  
  
Amenities Included  
The kitchenette is well-equipped with four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The property also features a shower and a separate toilet. Electric heating will keep you comfortable during your stay. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace, which includes terrace furniture and a portable barbecue for alfresco dining. The house offers a picturesque view of the countryside.  
  
Other Information  
To enhance your vacation experience, the property provides facilities such as a children's high chair and a baby cot, making it suitable for families. Additionally, you can stay connected with free WiFi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
