« The staff was very friendly, and the food presentation was good. However, we were disappointed that the mist sauna didn’t work, and there was no cold pool available; all the pools were very hot, making it difficult to cool off. The menu is entirely Japanese with no substitutions or accommodations for dietary restrictions, and while tea is available, there is no coffee. Also, because of the remote location, the lack of nearby restaurants or convenience stores made me feel somewhat trapped....

« Quel plaisir que de loger dans cet établissement ! Tout était parfait : l’accueil dès la gare par le chauffeur puis l’arrivée au ryokan où tout a été mis en œuvre pour nous mettre à l’aise. L’établissement est magnifique dans un pur style Japonais. Nous avions la chambre avec bain chaud sur le balcon : exceptionnel! Nous avions le choix entre un lit traditionnel où dormir sur des futons. Nous avons choisis cette deuxième option et le confort était au rendez-vous. Le repas du soir et le petit...

« L'hôtel est superbe ! Le hall d'entrée est magnifique. Des petites choses sont mises à votre disposition gratuitement (shampoing, masque, brosse à dents..) ainsi que des boissons. Le onsen dans L'hôtel est un vrai plus tres agreable ! Les chambres sont tres sympathiques. Une bouteille d'eau est donnée chaque jour. Le personnel tres sympa ! Nous avons demande à faire envoyer nos valises, super ! Tres bien localisé, facile d'accès pour se balader dans le quartier Gion Sejour parfait ! »

"La propreté des chambres était parfaite. La dimension des chambres était parfaite pour 4 (4 lits pour 2 adultes et 2 ados) Le déjeuner buffet était excellent (japonais et américain). Le spa (onsen/bains) était exceptionnel, ce qui a rendu notre séjour mémorable. Kimonos et pantouffles fournies. Les installations du spa sont récentes, propres, et commodités fournies (shampoing, revitalisant, savons, crème hydratante, soins du visage, etc. Cela terminait la journée de façon vraiment agréable et relaxante! Accessibilité facile avec la gare à côté. "

"Hotel qui a un excellent accueil. Les hôtesses font tous les efforts possibles pour aider les clients étrangers malgres la barrière de la langue. Chambre tres propre. Petite déjeuner excellent. Hôtel situe à 100m de la station de metro Gojo à Kyoto ce qui est parfait quand on arrive d un tres long vol. Je recommande cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent visiter Kyoto "
