The bbq grill required a bit of work and the propane was empty upon arrival, however Rueben promptly filled it up for us. A minor inconvenience is that there were no extra towels or washrags however as there is a washer and dryer we made due. Also the pool has no chairs or anything and there were no portable chairs or other pool items to use but we made due and enjoyed! Some minor fixes needed; owner was quite reasonable to accommodate and amiable to meet requests. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Patio was quite private. Covered parking was good to have during warmer days. Unfortunately, pool wasn't heated or cleaned during the winter. The adjacent residents were quiet and friendly. Very good location to parks, recreation fields and bike paths. Easy access to Yuma Palms Shopping Regional Center. Just a mile from Historical Yuma area.
