« We have been coming to Yuma for years to visit my grandma who lives in the Foothills. We decided to rent a place in Yuma this time and this place was great!! Just minutes away from great restaurants and the Yuma Palms Mall. The condo had been nicely updated and the king bed was so comfortable that we contacted the property manager to get the brand info. The community pool is convenient to the condo and nice. We put this condo on our favorites list for next visit. »

« The unit was quite spacious, lots of storage, large patio with washer and dryer. Very clean. Convenient location. Our host, Kyle, was one of the nicest people and was very responsive to our needs. Cookware was amazing. »

« Our group of 5 (2 adult couples and one 14-year old) stayed 3 nights, and this is our new favorite place in the Lake Martinez vicinity. The house has been completely transformed from when we saw it about 15 years ago. « Our hostess was exceptional on communications and the property was all we expected. I have relatives in Yuma and love visiting the desert area. I enjoy the freedom and wide open spaces to explore. The Imperial Sand Dunes west of Yuma are a sight to see but leave your firearm in AZ. CA is like that. Don't forget to visit the Senator's Wash lake, the Yuma Territorial Prison, and the Peanut Patch at 4322 E County 13th St. while you're there.
