Relax in the hot tub under the stars, play shuffleboard with friends, hike in the beautiful National Park, or visit the shops and restaurants in downtown Joshua Tree. And don’t forget to bring your camera—the sunsets are breathtaking!! The Space: Our bright and airy space mirrors the beauty of the surrounding desert. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath house works well for friends, couples, and families who want to experience all that Joshua Tree has to offer. We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.. The property comes with a shuffleboard, swimming pool, hot tub, and BBQ to maximize your outdoor fun all year round. The Neighborhood: Visitors from all over the world come to Joshua Tree National Park to see its stunning landscapes and hike and climb through its many trails. Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community, a short drive from the Park. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such guests are required to avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups. Getting Around: Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available throughout the city. Other Things to Note: \*\*\*Due to the current pandemic, we have enhanced our existing cleaning protocols. In addition to our comprehensive cleanings between every stay, all surfaces inside the house, including door handles, light switches, counters and tabletops, devices, handrails, and appliances, are cleaned with a CDC-approved disinfectant. Our guests’ health, safety, and well-being are our top priority.\*\*\* Please keep in mind the check-in and check-out times. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, feel free to reach out and confirm your request 48 hours before the date requested. That way, we can ensure that the cleaners have the time between guests to make the space spotless. There will be a $75 charge for each check-in/out adjustment. We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay. Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes. No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00\. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you. Please clean up after yourself. We had a few hiccups with the door code but our host was very responsive and helpful. We loved the hot tub and having so much space. The property feels very private. A few notes for ADA access/wheelchair users: My husband is a wheelchair user who was dealing with a broken travel power chair -- arrgh! And in that chair (not designed for self-propelling), the large tiles were a little tricky to navigate. Most chairs would do fine. We really appreciated the accessible master bathroom: wide entrance, grab bar across from the toilet, built in small bench in shower and small grab bar inside shower. There are a few small ledges/threshholds to cross for doors to the outside but we bumped over them easily. The bathroom door in the casita was not large enough to accommodate a wheelchair but the second bathroom in the main house is wide enough for a chair (though no grab bars in that bathroom). ##### Jessica P. First, it does not come with heated pool, extra feet to have heated pool and then heater was broken. TV in casita would not connect to WIFI. ##### Raymond S. Unfortunately the hot tub was not clean and smelled terrible and had a brown scum around the waters edge. We were unable to use our first night (huge bummer) but it was serviced the next day. In addition, the ambient lighting in the pool did not work which made the pool less attractive to enjoy past sunset. We had paid to heat the pool but felt the evening poolside was not what we were expecting. Before you pay for the heating option, confirm the pool concern is fixed as it is an expensive add to your booking. ##### Samantha S. We have been doing this every holiday since my mom passed away: My family and my sisters family take our dad to all spend the Holidays together. The house was great size for puzzles, board games, karaoke, gaming on TV, cooking and more. Few things the kitchen lacked but there is a Walmart very close by. Comfortable beds, washer and dryer, great parking, good house layout. We would definitely book here again. ##### christina b.
