PETS \- Pets are welcome with prior approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $195 applies per stay for up to 2 pets max. SPA HEATING \- 100% remote system - please contact us during your stay to turn on the spa heat. POOL HEATING AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE - The initial charge for the first day is $200, and for each following day, the fee is $150\. Kindly notify us 24 hours in advance if you wish to heat the pool. Pool can be heated to a maximum of 85 degrees. IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and POOL To turn on and turn off the hot tub, please communicate through Airbnb message. Please note that we need to have the hot tub requested within 2 hours of use in order to conserve gas. Please do not remove the pool vacuum from the pool while it’s running. It can be safely disconnected and removed from the pool without issue. To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub. • We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users. • No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool. • Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool. • Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover. • Children must be supervised at all times. Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. POOL & SPA SERVICE: The hot tub and pool is serviced twice a week by our maintenance pool guy who will access the backyard and be in and out quickly. Usually guests don’t even notice him, but just a heads up in case you see him servicing the spa. \* Please be aware that parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited in this house. We prioritize the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly request that you respect this policy during your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a $500 fine for guests. \* Additionally, any late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times. Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration. No drinking in the hot tub, please. The location was perfect and the views were outstanding! The house had all the amenities plus some I didn’t even know I needed! This house has it all and then some!! I stayed with my spouse and our 2 young kids, my parents and my sister in law. We all had plenty of space and all the bedrooms were well spaced out! Host was incredibly gracious and very communicative! Everything was perfect and I was so sad to leave! I hope to come back soon!! ##### Jenny B.
