Designed by a professional Italian chef, the home centers around a sprawling glass-walled kitchen and social spaces that blur the line between the interior and the vast Mojave landscape. Whether you are firing up the outdoor pizza oven or soaking in the 9-person Jacuzzi, the property offers a rare sense of scale and privacy just minutes from the National Park.

ESSENTIALS

► Parking for up to 6 vehicles is available in the driveway and covered carport.

► EV Charging is available ($50 for 1-2 nights; $100 for 3-7 nights).

► High-speed WiFi, heating, and air conditioning are provided throughout.

► An exterior security camera monitors the driveway for occupancy compliance.

Guests enjoy full access to the home + 11-acre property. Only registered guests permitted unless pre-approved.



The Neighborhood:

Upper Sky Harbor is one of the most serene residential areas in Yucca Valley, known for its higher elevation and immediate proximity to nature.

◎ Black Rock Campground (National Park Access) – 4 minutes

◎ Downtown Yucca Valley (Dining & Art) – 3 minutes

◎ Pioneertown & Pappy & Harriet’s – 10 minutes

◎ Joshua Tree West Entrance – 15 minutes

◎ Palm Springs – 45 minutes



Getting Around:

Many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not.



Other Things to Note:

◎ EV CHARGING: $50 for stays of 1-2 nights for unlimited use. $100 for stays of 3-7 nights for unlimited use.



◎ INDOOR FIREPLACE: Malm propane fireplace is turned off during summer months.



◎ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.



◎ DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.



◎ SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us @homesteadmodern



◎ CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.



◎ ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain
