Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk. \- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate. \- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. The property was very clean, well appointed, warm and inviting from the moment you exit your car. Beds extremely comfortable. The home is well stocked with everything you need and then some. The property manager was Johnny on the spot with everything from check in to check out. We will certainly be back to enjoy this beautiful home and the surrounding areas. My son and I were lucky enough to catch a a glimpse of a Big Horn Sheep early in the morning on the mountain, a family of quail at the pool, and a coyote at dusk as he scurried across the desert in the distance.
