There are 2 separate cooling systems that use different technology to cool the house. \- AIR CONDITIONER: Runs on electricity to cool and propane to heat. \- EVAPORATIVE COOLER (PREFERRED on hot days): This is also known as a Swamp Cooler. It pumps water into the system to cool the house. This is the preferred system for the hot months as it is more energy efficient than AC. (NOTE: Be sure to keep a window cracked open while the evaporative cooler is running to ensure optimal performance). This cooler will not be available during the cold months (November - March) as the waterline may freeze. \- FAN: The master bedroom has a ceiling fan and there is an extra fan stored in the kitchen cabinet should you need it. Guest access Guests have full access to the house except for the garage and the locked cabinets in the kitchen and hallway. Other things to note \- The fireplace cannot be used for safety reasons. Nikki was the perfect host. She set the vibe for when we walked into the home. Lights, heater and music was on for us. She reached out before the stay to see what she could do to help accommodate.
