Having been finished to a very high standard with nothing but comfort in mind, this lovely home away from home boasts a country feel while still located within York. Featuring all new amenities, this beautiful Airbnb provides the perfect base from which to explore this city. Welcome to our delightful 2-bedroom cottage, a peaceful sanctuary that offers the perfect blend of countryside charm and city convenience. Just 2 miles from the bustling heart of York, this cosy getaway provides a tranquil atmosphere for your stay. Inside, you’ll find modern amenities including a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi, ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxing experience. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed for comfort, making it an ideal spot for families or friends. Step outside to enjoy your own private outdoor space, perfect for sipping morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them. TRAVEL COT There is a travel cot available for guests to use at the property. Our listing warmly welcomes guests for stays of over 21 nights, whether you're visiting for business or pleasure. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
