One of the oldest towns in the United States, York’s rich history offers a unique glimpse into the past, its well-maintained architecture and landmarks offering the perfect match to its breathtaking landscapes.  
  
The Space:  
If outdoor adventure and exploration are your thing, this seaside destination can do it all, and it all begins here with a stay at Maine Adventure! This 3-bedroom home offers plentiful fresh air spaces to begin your full immersion into the natural surroundings whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee, an evening cocktail, or a meal al fresco on the sunny deck or gathering around the firepit for an evening of toasty treats served up under the vast canopy of stars.  
  
If you’re off to explore the coastline, begin by taking a leisurely stroll or short drive to the beach to spend full days on the sparkling sand soaking up the plentiful sunshine. The iconic Cape Neddick Nubble Lighthouse, a short 13-minute drive north, stands proudly atop a rocky outcrop, offering picture-perfect moments to capture the glittering sunrise or sunset. On your way there, you’ll run into a variety of options to get your shopping and dining on, or you can head in the opposite direction to check out historic York Harbor and York Corner for even more local treasures. For the nature lovers, there are a number of hiking trails in the area, including the Mount Agamenticus Trail which offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside.  
  
The home’s interior is a welcome place to relax and unwind, with bright, open spaces meticulously curated with contemporary furnishings and sophisticated décor. The living room provides plush sofa and recliner seating to maximize your downtime while streaming all your favorite entertainment on the smart TV. On the second level, an additional living space offers a quieter setting for enjoying a new book or indulging in an afternoon nap, the electric fireplace creating a cozy ambiance. Back downstairs, the stylish kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy granite countertops, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for assisting in all your culinary endeavors. You’ll have your choice of dining venues whether you prefer to keep things light at the island with stool seating for 3 or more formal at the kitchen table for 4 or the dining room table for 6.  
  
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.  
  
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.  
  
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.  
  
The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
• Washer and dryer in home.  
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.  
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located in the driveway, actively monitoring the driveway. The second is located in the back yard, actively monitoring the fire pit area.  
  
Located just under a mile from York Harbor Beach, this retreat offers a peaceful base within a 20-minute walk or quick 3-minute drive to one of York’s most charming coastal spots. Known locally as “Mother’s Beach”, it features calm, gentle surf. Perfect for toddlers and families, as well as sandy stretches combined with tide pools and rocky shoreline. The adjacent Hartley Mason Park provides benches, shade, outdoor showers, and public restrooms. You can also enjoy the scenic Fishermen’s and Cliff Walk paths that wind along the oceanfront. Lifeguards are on duty in summer, and parking is available via trolley or public spots along Route 1 A. It’s a delightful blend of serene seaside charm and natural beauty, all within easy reach.
