This former blacksmiths forge has been lovingly converted into an attractive one bedroom cottage, ideal for couples seeking an escape to the country. Period features including the original forge have been paired with carefully selected modern amenities to create a top quality holiday home.  
  
The accommodation comprises a cosy bedroom with en-suite shower room, a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, large sitting room, adjoining dining area with french doors and convenient second shower room.  
  
One of the highlights of the cottage can be found in the sitting room where the original forge with corbelled vault canopy and oak beam takes pride of place. A lovely wood burning stove sits in the hearth ready to create a cosy atmosphere when cooler winter nights draw in.  
  
The dining area with antique wooden table and chairs features french windows that open on to a delightful cobbled patio and raised garden area. Equipped with a two person bistro set, barbecue area and handy covered store for bicycles, the private outdoor space is a fantastic spot to enjoy morning coffee in the sunshine or sit with a good book on lazy afternoons in the sunshine.  
  
Forge Croft is the perfect accommodation for two guests. The cosy bedroom features a comfortable zip and link bed with the flexibility to be configured as either a superking double bed or twin single beds. Unusually for a one bedroom property, the cottage boasts two shower rooms giving guests the luxury of plenty of space to get ready in the morning.
