There is a double bedroom with French doors leading to the decking, a twin bedroom and shower room with a sauna. There is a well-equipped kitchen. Outside is a private decked area with a sunken hot tub and seating area, parking and electric charging point. The perfect base for a family holiday. Had the most amazing stay at Holly Tree Lodges. Perfect location as only a 10 minute drive to York city centre whilst also being super quiet and peaceful - the best of both worlds. Very clean, comes with all the necessities, hot tub worked perfectly and a sauna being a fabulously unique addition. The only improvement I would recommend is the WiFi, although we did enjoy being tech-free for the ultimate relaxation, in the evening cozying up on the coach to watch a film was near impossible as the WiFi was constantly cutting out - we only used the WiFi for the TV to try reduce overloading however the signal was still very poor.
