Our priorities are space and AC. We have been vacationing every July in York for years and always spend the days at Long Sands. You can walk it (mile or so), drive and park, or drop off and just have one person make the walk by foot. The walk to Nubble Lighthouse, Fox’s and Ice Cream are all 5 minutes. The house was spacious with a good size dining room and a large side room. No AC on the side room, but the evenings cooled down for the most part and large windows all open.The host has some of the little details covered that make it easier.
