"The place was great! It fit all of us comfortably. The only difference is that there was only 4 rooms, not 5. The 5th room was the living room with a big comfortable couch so I did not mind. Everyone enjoyed their stay!"

"Daniel’s place is very comfortable. It is very clean and well stocked. Plenty of linen, towels, paper towels, and toilet paper. We enjoy staying at this house as it is very convenient. Close to the Dobbs station, the towns of Dobbs and Hastings. Thank you for hosting us and making our stay extra comfortable."

"My stay was great. The room was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen had Everything i needed to cook. The water pressure and temperature were great. Breakfast was good Saturday and Sunday but Monday not so good. Very grateful for the late check out.My only complaint is that the tv screen in the sitting area was tinited blue the entire time I was there. I requested that it be fixed but no one came to do it."

"To summarize without too many details we had to be placed in a hotel. I am sure once this house is given proper detailed updating it will be worth it. Please be clear you will Uber a lot unless you have a car or someone to pick you up from Yonkers."
