Every front desk staffs are very nice and very helpful.
The breakfast buffet , they serve the same kind of foods every day! I can’t get my refund back because I booked on line.
I suggest do not pay your breakfast in advance. Pay as you go.

The room was clean and spacious. I asked for a nonsmoking room but the room and hallways had a lingering cigarette smell. The outside of the hotel looks nicer and less outdated than the room I got. I did not like that there was no AC I could control nor a window I could open. It was very hot and stuffy. I did like that there was a station and a Lawson right outside the hotel entrance.

Generally good but room far too warm.
Understand the hotel standard in Japan, but the room is a bit smaller than expected.
The room temperature is too warm, and unfortunately it's central heating control and cannot turn on or off, not even to open the window slightly to ventilate some fresh cool air.
