Welcome to my amazing 1-bedroom gem in Yerevan on Mashtots avenue. This quaint apartment features a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a pleasant night's sleep. With amenities like WiFi, heating, and a washing machine, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. My place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Yerevan. Cozy appartment in the heart of Yerevan. Great positioning and full infrasrtucture. Restaurants, museums, old town, shops, gallerys. Ideal for couples, and also good for family with 1-2 kids. I am always near for help and host.
