Enjoy the cool sea breezes in summer and warm winters. The Capricorn Coast is an idyllic slice of the Great Barrier Reef, perfect for diving, snorkelling, sailing or just relaxing. Lay back on the deck, feast on fresh seafood at one of the restaurants or cafes while the family enjoys the beach, Keppel Kraken Water Park and Lagoon. This stunning property offers you all the comforts of home plus the added extras of sensational views of Yeppoon’s beachfront and it's only 50metres from the amazing Lagoon infinity pool. The beach view from the front deck is only topped off by the Coral Sea sunrises and the gentle rhythm and sounds of the sea. Conveniently located right in the middle of all the facilities available on the main beach. The house is on the main beach front street in the centre of the restaurant, café and bar precinct. It is ideal for families, Beef Week groups, regattas or reunions. If a spacious beach house in the best location in Yeppoon, where all the action and facilities are and where you can walk to everything, is what you are looking for, then this place will exceed your expectations. Downstairs shower, 2 wash areas and a separate toilet • Designer kitchen with plenty of bench space, dishwasher, huge French door fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of cooking and serving dishes for a large group • French doors open onto the expansive, top floor deck which overlooks the Yeppoon beachfront and Coral Sea • Gazebo, a 4 burner BBQ and dining setting for family entertaining • Secure high clearance garage to lock the car away • Bedrooms all reverse cycle air conditioned • Superb, elevated location across the road from the beach, Keppel Kraken and 5 minutes walk to the Lagoon and CBD. Both the front and back doors have security screens so you can key lock them to keep young children inside and leave the doors open to enjoy the beautiful sea breezes. The living area is open plan with a 65" TV, leather sofas and dining table. There is a second lounge area off the front deck. Guests can access all areas of the house and under the house except those that are locked. Parking for 1 vehicle is available. Irene's friendliness and thoughtfulness no doubt made our holiday that much more enjoyable, a stylish home away from home, everything is thought of. The house is attractively designed with beach themed modern décor and was superbly clean. What we loved the most was the location - great views, easy walking distance to just about everything, only a hop skip and a jump and we were strolling along the beach or savouring freshly brewed coffee at the local café, or eating fresh fish and chips and sipping bubbly and frosty cold beer on our balcony. We took advantage of the well maintained back yard, cooked on the BBQ whilst the kids played. We also rented out Irene's house next door so our families could holiday together it was great to be able to wander between the two houses and benefit from what both houses had to offer. \*\*\*\*\*An ideal holiday accommodation.
