« I was on a Lands End to John O'Groat cycle trip, and this hotel was an excellent stopover point. It was not too far off the National Cycle route. Friendly and helpful staff, a fine breakfast and comfortable bed. Hotel provided safe and secure storage for my bike. »

« We were catching up with friends and family in Yeovil. We hadn't been to Yeovil for about 10 years and didn't recognise the town. Lots of renovation going on which will make it more modern. Even the weather was good .We wont leave it that long next time . »

« This was a beautiful pub and excellent friendly staff . Only thing we found was walls were very thin so could hear tv and talking next door . We had a meal at lunch fish & chips very nice . But cooked breakfast disappointing as everything was under cooked and poached eggs still raw .But there was a good choice of fresh bread , pastries to help yourself too . »

We had a warm welcoming from David, the bed was comfy, the bathroom very clean and We really appreciated the large choice of breakfast (cereal, toast, fruits, yogurt, home-made jam...), including vegan options and a very tasty vegan full English Breakfast. The house isn't far from the city center so we could let the car and walk for not too long. »

« A perfect place to stay in Cheddar! The view is beautiful, and farm eggs kindly offered by Paul and Juddy, delicious! The cottage is equiped with everything you need- including a stove and a microwave. The road to the farm looks a little steep at first, but I had no problem going up the hill with my regular, "economy" rental car. Paul and Judy gave me great tips to enjoy my quick halt in Bath.
