"CBB is conveniently located by the main pier. It’s away from the main town which makes it very quiet. The views are the best! The staff was incredibly helpful as well. There is about a .5 mile walk across the beach to town which can be a lot so be mindful. All in all, we’d stay here again if we were to revisit."

5/5 Excellent
"This resort was beyond my expectations. Starting from the smooth check-in process with the incredibly nice staff. They are all bilingual so no need to stress about your lack of Spanish proficiency. They are very patient and super attentive. There is a money exchange kiosk in the lobby so it makes it safe and convenient for all guests to exchange large amounts if necessary. All bars and restaurants have great hours to allow you to get food or snacks at your leisure. There is one 24/7 bar to accommodate those who want to stay up lol. The food was good especially the tacos at Pepe's food by the poolside. The sunsets are spectacular. They have options to upgrade your rooms to the Elite Club to have access to more exclusive lounges (I recommend you do this when you book. They might sell out by the time you come in). The rooms are super clean and the housekeeping team is tremendously quick to act when you request something. As far as entertainment, we did not need to leave the resort grounds because they had different shows every night. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll be back for sure.

"Walk in to a glass of champagne ( I don’t drink champagne and asked for a beer and got one). The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Srta Guterez at the concierge desk is incredible and an asset to the hotel. The food was good drinks are well made and served fast. The only knock I have is the bar in the Los Arcos area should be open to the public for drinks appetizers. It has the best view and to me seems underutilized."

"helpful and nice staff, close to ocean shore, well kept gardens- only one complaint- there was some sort of grinding or drilling that was very loud and went on every afternoon until 6pm...
