A long walk on crutches to hotel room with no offer of a room closer to lift till all too late when an enquiry was made. I believe the receptionist could have shown initiative in this situation we found our selves in rather than expecting me to continually make requests . Other than that the rooms were clean and comfortable, all being well health wise its a great place to stay.
